Below is a list of our work organisational services with details of prices and some examples of how we can help you:

Self-assessments                                              Starting from £60 per year

Worried about that letter from the HMRC? Not sure how to complete the end of year forms? Whether you keep everything in a shoe box or carrier bag, we pull together your total earnings and complete for you.

Bookkeeping                                                       Starting from £40 per month

Recording and reporting your monthly incoming and outgoings, checking against your bank statement to make it simple for you to see your totals

Monthly CIS Returns                                        Starting from £30 per month

Ensuring you avoid the fines by reporting your CIS payments by the 19th of each month and sending paperwork to contractors as required.

VAT Returns                                                        Starting from £60 per month

All of the above and your quarterly VAT returns. Everything completed for you with reports to simply show what you owe and when, avoiding any late penalty fines.

Social Media                                                          Starting from £50 per month

Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Google +, know you should have pages but not sure where to start or don’t have the time? We can set up and run on your behalf.

Type and send quotes and invoices             Starting from £5 per quote/invoice

You send the notes, we format and put them into your standard templates to send to your clients, request feedback and follow up to help you grow your business.

Client follow ups                                                 Starting from £5 per contact

We can follow up on prospecting clients and enquiries for you.  It’s always useful to have feedback and you can receive more honest feedback when it is not direct.  We become an extension of your business to sell on your behalf to new customers and help you build your business.

General Administration                                   Starting from £30 per hour

Filing, e-mail organisation, office decluttering, customer database updates, mailshots; the list is endless but our aim is to work with you to be more efficient and help your business grow.

For any of the above packages we have an initial phone or Skype conversation to discuss how we can help. We take a £20 deposit to secure a booking and charge mileage for any travel over 20 miles from CO10 9EH. We send confirmation via e-mail once booked and a reminder text the day before.
